Do you worry about unemployment taxes, especially after the roller coaster ride in 2020? As members of the Grassroots Alliance, the Chamber brings you opportunities to participate in their efforts. Unemployment insurance can be a challenge for employers – and we want to hear your story.
The Association of Washington Business is looking for employers to feature in our new online program, Capitol Focus. This television-style program aims to bring the employer voice to our elected officials in Olympia, and beyond.
We’re looking for small businesses that have something to say about unemployment insurance, and the big tax increases that may come as a result of rate increases required by law.
Statewide focus is always welcome: Seattle region, Spokane, Tri-Cities, rural areas, and more. This can help lawmakers better understand the needs of their constituents. If you have businesses within your chamber that would like to speak out on this issue, please forward their contact info to us ASAP.
