Workforce Woes? Meet Invista Performance Solutions

FME Chamber has a new member, and I am excited for this partnership. But there are not nearly enough people in our business community who know what they do. Their vision, according to Don, “is to be a trusted partner and an asset to our community.”

They collaborate with local community colleges provide customized business education, training, coaching, and consulting support – they help businesses put together all of this for their current workforce, to increase the skills of a company’s current workforce. Seeing that they can sometimes offset the cost by using state funds and grants to pay for part of the training, I can’t wait to have them join us!

You can look forward to seeing the Invista Performance Solutions team at FME Chamber events. In fact, they are scheduled to be our featured speaker on April 7 at our C3 meeting!
